On November 24, Zuppa Theatre Co will launch a brand new soup cookbook, filled with amazing recipes from friends, family and fans of Zuppa, as well as some incredible chefs, and other special contributors.
Please join us at NSCAD’s Art Bar for a gala soup dinner featuring soups and breads from some of Halifax’s best chefs and bakers, music by Dark for Dark and Stewart Legere, and of course, the cookbook of honour, Zuppa Soupa, volume 2.
We will be serving soups from: Chef Dennis Johnston (Fid), Chef Graeme Ruppel (Stillwell), Chef Ludo Eveno (Agricola St.Brasserie) and Chef Andrew Prince (Brooklyn Warehouse), Dee Dee’s Ice Cream plus several more to be confirmed!
$35 gets you in the door, a couple of bowls of soup, a cookbook and some gorgeous music by some excellent musicians.
Please come and warm up with us at the cozy Art Bar, and help us raise some funds for our brand new production The Archive of Missing Things, set to premiere in 2017.
Zuppa Soupa Volume 2 has been designed by Colleen MacIsaac and Rachel Hastings, with cover art by Colleen MacIsaac.
